• Notes

  It is believed that he 'married out' to a Catholic lady called Amy Esther Hill. Whilst I cant find an actual marriage, he certainly lived with Amy and all their children were born as Jacobs. This caused David to disinherit him we only need to look at the religious restrictions placed on most of his female relatives in the will. However, David did leave a bequest to Louis' wife Amy Esther
