In all cases the image is a copy of the GRO Handwritten register.
When I ordered a copy I was told that the details on the Cert that they had didn't match what I submitted.
I questioned this - reply awaited 28/07/2022

I originally wrote to OPCS in 1994 and they couldn't find it then.


Note that GRO Birth index for her daughter Mary lists her maiden name as Bigland.
