  MARGARET (MAGGIE) HOUGHTON nee POMFRET nee CROSSLEY Her mother, Catherine, had a daughter, Mary (1900-1981), before she married Samuel. Samuel may or may not have been the father, so Mary could be Margaret's half sibling. According to EQ - Margaret had wanted to marry Harry Houghton first but she was not allowed to. After her marriage to David Pomfrett had broken up she married her first love.
