Appointing wife sole executrix of estate in Kenya and Ernest Terry, his uncle, as sole executor of estate outside Kenya, bequeathing all estate to wife, and note of probate (Principal Probate Registry) 16 March 1922, stating that gross value of testator's estate in U.K. (exclusive of what entitled to as trustee and not beneficially) as £11,714. 8. 3d., and note if Inland Revenue, 31 March 1927 [sic], that gross value of estate now £11,216. 5. 1d. and amount of deduction for debts and funeral as £4,512. 12. 2d. Stamps of Alliance Assurance Co., Ltd., and of Lloyds Bank Ltd., Bury St. Edmunds, recording registration of will, etc.,
