    • Married by licence and with her father's consent.
      My assumption is that she got pregnant and gave birth to Sarah then married Edward whom I assume to be the father of Sarah.
      However she would only need her father's consent if she were a minor. According to the 1861 census she was born about 1813 so would have been 23 when she married.
