"Thank you for contacting The National Archives of the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately there is no comprehensive published or unpublished list of streets, or other place elements, missing from the census.

884 Bigland Family
----------------
The Bigland name is not the most common of names (at least not in nthe 18th/19th centuries).
There are some in Scotland and in Yorkshire as well as the Lancashire family.

There is Bigland Hall near Haverthwaite. [54.237964208841525, -3.0057827818701064]

The Bigland family is an old family - at least 1466
Whilst there are numerous entries in Burke's History of The Commoners of Great Britain and Ireland (Vol 3) C 1835 p238 it is not possible to confirm a connection between the Biglands in this database.
See extract of on Google Books -
https://www.google.co.uk/books/edition/Burke_s_Genealogical_and_Heraldic_Histor/SKM9HwbXW_8C?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=bigland+hall&pg=PA238&printsec=frontcover

Cumbria Archive Service Catalogue has a summary that includes "Early records show a variety of Bigland family members but it is difficult to establish a concise family tree. Not untill the death of George Bigland of Bigland Hall who died in 1902 is it possible to trace the line of descent."
